The National Day of Prayer - May 6th

Thursday, May 6th, has been designated the National Day of Prayer.  This year is unique, however, in that it is the first National Day of Prayer after which a federal judge ruled the federal government cannot establish a national day of prayer.  Despite calls for national prayer by American heroes such as Washington and Lincoln, liberal appointees have chipped away at America's foundations to the point that even a request for prayer by elected officials has been construed to violate the Constitution.
